Step 3: Pick Your Favorite Like what you see? We’ll send you a full one-pager on the land, plus a short video or photos so you can see exactly what you’re getting.

Step 4: Review & Sign All docs are sent digitally via SignNow—no printer needed. You’ll receive:

• Promissory Note

Step 5: Pay Doc Fee + Set Up Payments Once the doc fee is paid (usually $249), you’ll get a secure link to set up auto-pay for your monthly payment.
